Yeh your card is permanently damaged and can't be recovered by any means sorry but it is fact.Now your card is useless. never format your memory card with PC format your card with mobile.

To format nokia N70 mobile please follow the below steps.

Please download the software called as 'Psiloc System Tools'.

You can download the system tool software from below website

Install it in your phone memory.DONOT install in your memory card because we will be removing the memory card.

Remove the memory card

Open the installed software.

Go to 'TOOLS'

You will find the option called as 'format phone',select it.

It will ask for confirmation, confirm it and it will format your phone.

It will restart while formatting and this process takes several minutes.

Once the mobile is started your mobile is formatted.

NOTE: Formatting will delete all your content from your phone memory.

download the software nokia pc suit from europe.nokia.com after it installs then open it
click on the software update tab a new software will be download and then run it .
connect your mobile to pc , then open the application . it will autometiaclly will format all nokia mobiles..
