Hi! I bought that Spider-Man 3 camera for my son. He has taken the picures but we can't get them off the camera now. I'm reading now how many people are having problems with this camera. Can you please help me get the pictures off? Thanks!
My computer recognizes the camera attached via USB, however loads the driver (that doesn't work I guess?) and I can't see the external device through explorer ... ??? help!!!
Have you tried installing the software? If you still have difficulty, try this:
1. Plug in the camera to the computer. Make sure it is detected by the computer.
2. Right click the START button at lower left of screen and select explore.
3. In the left pane, scroll down to "mass storage device" or something to that effect. You should find it after the CD drive letters.
4. Click on it and on the right pane, you should see some folders appear.
5. Select the folder that stores the pics and double click. (If you are unsure, double click each folder till you find the right one.
6. Once you find the pics, click on "Edit" (at the top of the screen) and click on SELECT ALL. Now place the cursor over any of the pics in the right pane and right click and select COPY.
7. Now all you have to do is make a new folder and paste them into that folder.

It doesn't work that way as the solution says with this camera because the correct drivers are not on the disk or the online site for the camera. It deletes the pictures taken 3/4 of the time anyway, should be listed as a 2 year olds toy and not a camera.
