Product Identification & Processing Systems (PIPS) is one of the
world's oldest Quick Check bar code verifier solution providers. We
continue to support (and repair!) the product line, even though it is
retired. We even have new units still available for sale. I'm sure we
can assist you. Call 212-996-6000 or email [email protected] for
assistance.
The only solution is to contact an authorized HP Compaq repair depot, and either exercise the WARRANTY, to get it fixed, or, if the warranty has expired, pay them to purchase and install a replacement motherboard. EXPENSIVE!
