I have a Frigidaire model number PLHS67EESB9 side by side refrigerator. About 4 months, I has the water dispenser paddle replaced by a trained technician. Recently, the when the freezer door was opened and closed, the ice dispenser would activate as if the ice dispenser paddle was being depressed. I found that with the door open, I could activate the ice dispenser by pushing the button on the inside of the door (controls the internal light). Over the course of a week, it slowly got worse and the ice dispenser would run for a couple minutes each time the freezer was opened and closed. I unplugged the fridge and took the front panel off to look at the ribbon cable / circuit board. I did not remove or unscrew either of the circuit boards. When I put it back together and plugged it in, it hummed but ice dispenser didnt turn. Took it apart again and when i put it back together, there is no power to front panel. Not sure what to do next to determine root cause of problem.
