My son bought this TV and had it hooked up to a cable connection with an HDMI cable and it worked fine. He gave the TV to me and I hooked it up to a basic cable connection with no cable box. It does not get the regular cable channels like all our other TV's do. Instead, it gets channels like 98.2, 98.3, 98.6, 99.3, 99.5, etc. Is there a way for me to get the regular cable channels (2, 7, 8, 22,53, etc) like our other TV's?

Did you get your problem fixed? My LC320EM8 is doing the same. The scan only picks up odd number channels like 99.3, 99.5, 100.6, etc. with the cable hooked direct to the TV. When I run the cable from the cable box to the TV it will not show the video but I hear the audio. Did you get your problem fixed? My LC320EM8 is doing the same.
