ok try to use itunes software or windows media player software. this may be user friendly for you. Use itunes it is best just add everything in the library then select synchronise to your mp3 player. be sure to connect and your computer detect the mp3 player. ok cheers uttam
it is not possible. unless you have an AAC/MP3 converter, it won't go on the sansa. apple format is not compatible with sansa players. however, there are a number of free or inexpensive sites where you can get MP3 format tracks.
