This is likely an issue with capacitors on the motherboard of the unit. It's a relatively simple fix but I would suggest trying to contact Samsung first; they had issues with some of the models of your set and may fix it for you for free. 1-800-SAMSUNG to speak with a rep. Without an EST meter you could not tell if you have bad caps anyway. So it was a shot in the dark. The caps dont have to be on the main PSU. They can be on the other parts too. Also the PSU you bought might have bad caps
