They're on the left side, and yes, you need to remove the oven from the wall, then take off the outer cover to get access.

This Dacor oven is just a cosmetically-altered version of the Sharp R-1870-series ovens.

So the installation instructions for the R-1870-series will help you get it down. They're here.

We have the R-1874 service manuals here and here, and the PCOR30 parts list here.

Unit shuts down every 59 sec. No matter how much time, with or without anything in micro and I figure to replace motor and switch. How do I get to those parts in unit? Does it have to come down?

This is a problem in one of the damper-related components, either the switch or motor or the damper door may be binding.

The damper is a door inside that opens or closes depending on cooking mode. If the controller senses that the door is not in the right position, it will shut down the cook cycle.

See the attached sample drawing below for a typical damper assembly.

We have the applicable service manuals for the Sharp models and have uploaded it to our site here and here to help you in disassembling and troubleshooting your Dacor version.

R-1874 shuts down after 59 seconds

That switch is supposed to tell the computer if the damper door is open or closed. If it does not go to zero ohms, the CPU doesn't know what to do. Check the thermistor too...... just in case...

Shuts down after 59 sec

Chances are you have a bad damper switch or wiring. A sample photo is here: http://207.234.249.73/mwd/damper.jpg It might also be a problem with the humidity sensor or a problem with the control panel, such as corrupted code or bad connections.
