just doing it by the numbers ask your husband if he removed the drain loop from the side of the tub to get extra drain hose if he did reply to me before going on next take the drain hose loose from the sink get a mop buckit put the hose in it then turn it to start and close the door holding the hose in the bucket if it drains and the drain loop wasnt removed check the place where it goes into the sink for blockage let me know what happens
