Most likely the file you are trying to copy is a copy protected and/or not supported by the device that you are trying to copy the file to.

To know if the file is protected your can right click on the file and select properties. Then under the summary tab you should see an option if it is protected or not.

If the file is not protected let me know the format of the file and the make and model of the device that you are trying to transfer the files too.

If your phone having the memory card then you can attach the memory card in the laptop using the external memory card reader and copy the songs in the card.

My micro sd card has songs in the my music folder but is not playing on my phone

Check to see if you can see the song files when you put the card (in a card reader), into the computer. If yes, then just copy the songs on your hard drive, then put the card back into your phone and format it. Then, again, copy the songs back from the computer and see whether it works.

Ks360 mobile phone 2g memory card not workin in phone.

You need to copy all your files from your memory card onto your pc, then format the memory card in the phone using them menu. Then copy all of your files back into the correct folders that the phone has created on your memory card.
