My turn signals don't work when activated on my 99 Saab 9.5...what is the problem and how can I repair?

Do the indicators light up on the dash when switch is activated? If not possible fuse or electronic flasher assembly. Do you hear any click when first activated? If fuse good for signal lights, suspect faulty electronic flasher. This is normally located under the drivers dash area and can be a pain to locate. Sometimes they incoporate the 4 way flasher in the same unit. Turn on the 4 ways and follow the click sound. The flasher will control the signals and 4 ways or the flasher will be close to the 4 way flasher and look similar

Turn signals don't work.. Still have 4 ways and brake lights wrk... Module is good and fuses good.

An easy way to test if the flasher is bad is to remove the flasher unit under the dash and replace it with the emergency flasher, if it works just replace the turn signal flasher.

Fuse keeps blowing out

The parking lights, dash lights, turn signals, and hazard flasher should be 4 different circuits.
So you would need to know exactly what that fuse protects, then look for the short to ground.

I have no turn signals. The 4 ways work running lights work and brake lights work but not the turn signals

Check the flasher that is located under the dash, sometimes there on the fuse box.

My hazards in my 1997 camaro rs work, but the back and front turn signals dont. The lights for the signals dont work in the dash either, just the lights for the hazards

check the signal flasher ( little silver or colored can in fuse panel or under dash. 4 ways have 1 flasher and the signals have a seperate flasher. Put hazards on to hear click, to determine which flasher is which. Hope this helps
