Sprint Samsung Exclaim screen doesnt turn on, I have charged it forever. The lights to the keypad will come on but not the screen. I need to know what the problem is and how it can be fixed?

Have you tried pulling the battery out f the device? The reason I ask is because the fact that your keyboard is lighting up, suggests the device is powering on, but not displaying anything.
Try to pull the battery, then start the phone again. See if anything comes up. If nothing comes on the screen, but the keyboard is still lit, try calling the phone, does it ring? If it does, you can assume the display has gone out.
You can try running the battery completely dead and then recharging, but it sounds as if you have done that already. I would recommend purchasing a new battery as it sounds like it is dead.
Take it to a sprint repair store. It could be just a misplaced ribbon cable. If you take apart the phone yourself you will void the warranty and they will not help you.
