My E63 fell in the toilet, the phone works fine now but it won't pick up my sim and says it is offline. My Sims works in other phones + i have tried put it to general mode but it still says enter SIM :(

Yes if it is coded you can only use THE company sim card you bought from australia to make it work outside australia you have to Unlock it neither by yourself at home using Your pc or to the local service shop i hope i helped you

Ok here, first of all Remove back cover,Battery and sim card.Secondly clean the SIM CARD case and SIM CARD with cotton.Thirdly insert other Sim Card and try. I the problem still persist, There is no other solution without spending money.Thanks for visiting fixya.GOOD LUCK

try inserting another sim card so that u can see the problem is in your mobile or somewhere in sim card... if the problem resists with new sim too then your mobile sim card reader holder is loose..

It may because of the Network Lock,You need to Unlock it,You can unlock it using the Unlock code at here
