I actually have this same stereo and with out the remote, you can not program the clock or anything else for that matter... How ever, if you have the remote I can tell you how to use it...

However, one minor detail, my remote face has been eaten off by my dog, so if you could send me a pic of the remote face it would be MUCH easier to explain...

you need the remote to change the clock press timer am 1200 blinks press timer again for at least 2 seconds the hour blinks press tuning/time set plus or minus press clock adjust the minute will blink press time set to adjust minutes then clock adjust there you go...
