Hi There,i need to know,my russel hopps steamer is making a beep sound the whole time. what am i doing wrong? the sound is very annoying

Hi, ok I also had that problem whereby the steamer keeps on beeping. It's a warning alarm. we need to fill the steamer with water directly into the reservoir and NOT into the side. the side is only for top up during the steaming process.

I have a Black & Decker digital steamer Model HS1300. The steamer works great but beeps 5 times every couple minutes when we use it...this usually indicates a low water level BUT the water level is...

I have the exact same problem - still no solution - this is the only posting I could find ... anywhere! If I figure out something, I will let you know. I love the steamer, but the beeping is also driving me nuts!
