Suction [low side ] want around 50--55 #--high side varies as to heat load ---as to quantity that also depends on length of the lines -- small house shorter run from condenser to evaporator uses less freon

The quantity by mass varies from unit to unit. The factory charge is usually stamped/printed on the nameplate of the unit. As far as pressure goes, the pressure of a saturated refrigerant is directly dependent upon it's temperature- at 70 F the pressure of R-22 would be around 120 PSI- this is applicable to 1 # or 10 # of refrigerant.

What is the quantity (gm/kg) of r 22 gas, that I can refill in panasonic 1.5 ton split ac?

There should be a label on the indoor or outdoor unit telling you the charge amount. You also have to consider the length of the pipe run which may need extra R22 added per meter after about 7m. But since R22 is being phased out world wide, it is usually extremely expensive and you're probably better off cutting your losses and installing a new one.

Whatis ideal r22 gas pressure required in 1 ton split ac of BlueStar.

Doesn't matter how big the unit is, pressures remain the same. On a satisfied temperature, approximately 75 degrees, r22 should be around 65 psi. The hotter the house, the higher the pressure. Head pressure varies on outdoor temperature. 90 degrees outdoor temp, approximately 200 to 225 psi on high side.

65 PSI TO 70 PSI IS THE SAME SUCTION PRESSURE FOR ALL TON SPLIT AC OR THERE IS DIFFERENT SUCTION PRESSURE IN ON CONDITION?

Your suction pressure will always vary depending on many variables. What type of freon??? If you find your freon type on a PT CHART(PRESSURE/TEMPERATURE), 65-70 psig will have a temp that is 38-41°f. Most evap coils should be a bit warmer but not much. BUT, again variables! Coils are clean, indoor temp, blower speed, return air opening, supply ducts. Also superheat should be a factor. If you have 65-70psig, that freon temp(per pt chart r22) is 38-41°f, then using a temp sensor/meter to measure the actual temp of the suction line. Subtract 38-41 from the actual temp and that give us a superheat reading. This # should be around 8-12°. But again variables! If the unit has an expansion valve? Seems like you are close if its r22.
