Have a look at the canon usa site:http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=SupportDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=238&modelid=17160#DownloadDetailActThis link should take you to the canon support page, let it load and it will come up with the driver download center. In the area titles "Driver/Software Selection"Use the drop down menu and select "Mac OS x"This will bring up a list of current drivers for the Mac.The most recent one for the your printer is:MP480 series Printer Driver Ver. 10.6.0.0 (Mac OS X CUPS)If there is also a problem with your scanner then you will also need:MP480 series Scanner Driver Ver. 14.8.1 (Mac OS X)Just make sure you look carefully before clicking the driver as there are also spanish versions on the list..I hope these help.Mike
i used a bit of strapping cable and slid it up between where the paper first goes into the printer from the paper tray and found there was a bit of paper there. that fixed the problem.
