I purchased the premium software for the business pro and it tells you about the start, run & grow your business free download but its asking for a serial key number. I thought this came with the software that I purchased. I have downloaded other software so far that came with it accept this one. Can you please assist? I would like to view the information on the start, run & grow your business as soon as possible. Thank you.

Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) The latest version of Business Plan Pro 11.0 will install and run in Windows XP with Service Pack 3 (SP3).
If you're installing the software from a CD, you may not have the latest version and could encounter a message during the installation that indicates you need Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed. Downloading the latest installer from our website will resolve that problem.
Resolution
Take the following steps to download the latest installer and use it to install our software:

  1. Click the link below to go to the Software Download page of our website:
    http://www.paloalto.com/download_software
  2. Enter your Business Plan Pro 11.0 serial number and the email address you use for registrations, then click Go
  3. Accept the License Agreement and click the "Continue to Downloads" button.
  4. Once you reach the downloads page, you should be prompted to either Open or Save the installer file. Choose to Save this file to the Desktop of the computer.
  5. Once the download completes, choose to Open or Run the file to install the latest version of the software on your computer.

How to download microsoft word 2007

I'm afraid you will not be able to download MS Office PRO 2007 Full Ver. as it is not a Free Microsoft Product. You will need to purchase it from either Microsoft Online or through a reputable computer place like Best Buy.
However, if you are actually referring to putting the program to your computer using the CD you already purchase, that means you want to INSTALL the software and not to download it. You can simply insert the CD into the CD/DVD-ROM Drive and it will show you a pop-up asking you what action you want to do, just click the option that says "Run setup.exe" and it will guide you through the rest of the installation.

If your software is asking for a code, then it needs to be activated. Many new PC's ship with a trial version of Office installed, but after 90 days or so it will ask you to activate it. If you have a boxed retail version (purchased at a store) the code is inside the box.
Otherwise, if you purchased your new PC with MS Office 07 pre-installed, you should have it on your receipt; in that case the retailer is responsible for supporting the Office software you purchased. If you did purchase it and they won't help, MS has a help line that I would try next. Check the box or documentation for this info.
If you did not purchase it with your PC, then you have a couple of options: First, buy a retail copy of Office, either from a retailer like Best Buy or Walmart.

I cant run my free download because it is asking for product key number.
mostly trial versions got problem installing due to no product includes during the download..unlike the geniune has...you must purchase it, to enjoy the benefits of a geniune software..
but for those trial,there are hacking site provide for it.mostly are cracked...go to sites and ask for it,wish you luck for the right site..

The key should be in your email. Look for it pls. Use "search" option"
However, if it cannot be done, download & install "open office"...It's free & full version.

Uninstall thinkfree premium
Running (as in you using it) versus it being active in memory...(loaded on start up as a kernel) are different. There are two ways to fix that....first press ctrl, alt, delete simultaneously and
check both applications and processes. Secondly download Hijackthis (free)....install and do a scan....if you see anything that relates to your software....check the box and click on fix...then try to uninstall your application.
