Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire dryer is not heating and displaying error codes "FDL" and "RL". I am showing that the codes you have provided are not valid error codes. I would recommend performing a reset on your dryer and you can do that by disconnecting power from it for at least ten minutes. I see that you have already replaced the igniter; however, if you continue to have issues with the error codes I would suggest having a professional technician out. FDL code is a door lock code on these washers, but be advised, the older models had an issue with the main control boards loosing connection at the soldered joints for the door switch. They would loose solder, and the board would think the fault was the door lock and it was actually the board.

Fdl error code means a "door lock error code".
This error shows up because the door cannot be locked. The door will try to lock six times before displaying the error code. In order to solve it, your door lock switch needs to be replaced.

If the door fails to lock after six (6) attempts "Fdl" will display. The "Fdl" error code indicates the door failed to lock or the control does not detect the door being locked. The likely failure is the door lock mechanism. There is always a chance there could be a loose wire connection between the door lock mechanism and the Central Control Unit (CCU) causing the error too.

FdL means that the main circuit board (CCU) is not communicating with the door lock and the door needs to be locked b/4 the washer will work. The door lock is rarely the problem. Most often its cold solder joints on the CCU circuit board causing the bad communication. Many times a F11 code comes along with the FdL code. To repair this problem the CCU circuit board needs to be removed and the solder points where the spade connectors and the relays are connected to the circuit board need to be soldered over again. This all stems from poor quality control when the circuit boards had the components soldered to them. The process was able to adhere the smaller connections but not the larger ones compleatly. If your not to handy with a soldering gun you could take this response and show it to a good appliance repair outlet and they should be able to repair your circuit board. Good Luck.
