My ws65611 was working great yesterday. Today It is casting a mirror image extending 1-2inches to the right of main image in red or blue or green depending on the main image

YES, you either have a fuse that went out or the convergence IC went out... Sometimes it just comes unsoldered and causes the same effect. You need to locate this "IC" and tap on it with something non metallic. Like a ruler or a stick. While the tv is running and crosshatch is up on screen. If the lines get close as you tap on the IC or bang on the tv. then fuse is good and the tv might just need to be resoldered on that CONVERGENCE IC. this issue is caused by a failure in the convergence ic's and possibly a bad resistor and fuse in the circuit if you need instrution on how to change I may be able to help though it is kinda tech heavy

this is a normal problum pls. check remot cantrol on menu key press then selact convergen seting see on the screen canter three cross line arrow to set UP / DW/ LIFT/ RIGHT key maeching 3 line and see cross line is White then see the pictuer is ok


if not working convergen seting then spare STK replace in inside your tv set

its not the bulb problem . the lcd block need sto be replaced , better to buy new projector

convergence problem there are 2 integrated circuits inside the set needs to be replaced

My 42" Samsung Plasma HDTV HP-R4252 has a 2" vertical strip of green pixels down the right side of the screen.

My 3 year warranty with Circuit City expires in Nov 2008.. so I hope I'm covered.. can't call until the morning.

Samsung said it might be a logic board problem.. but they want almost $2000 to fix. I might as well buy another TV if Circuit City can't fix it.

to adjust those mirrors, you need to power down, unplug, remove the top, remove the wires from the main board, remove the main board, adjust one mirror, reinstall everything, power up, see whatever difference it made, power down and repeat until it's fixed. it's quite a chore. if that's not the problem, you'll need to replace the optical engine (which isn't cheap) because they don't sell individual parts.

Hi there my t.v has a similar problem, I turned it on and the colours arn't right, there the colours go out in three circles mainly mainly blue, green, red yellow, but depends whats showing on the t.v? Please help.

Your problem is a bad main filter, a regulator IC ,and or a combination of a convergence problem along with a vertical IC going bad. This set is not something you should mess with unless your a trained tech. Please seek a pro to assist you with this repair. good Luck
