Sadly that's not how Microsoft works. You need to get credit on your phone ASAP.

The xbox 360 we bought new and our 7 yearold son put a family code by accident and now we cannot playanyvideogames but canplay the console games. We called techsupportand the inopoperator from phillipines...

Call Microsoft at 1-800-4MY-XBOX (U.S.). Provide them with your registration info and they will tell you how to reset the console. You will give them your xbox serial number and they will give yo a unique code that will enable you to reset the passwords and get back to your gaming. Make sure to try the code with them on the phone so you can ask them questions on where to go and how to do it.

My Xbox 360 has an E 64 message, what should I do?

in this case you should contact microsoft and book it in for a repair this would usually cost you alot of money unless when you phone them you tell them you have tree red lights sowing up on your console, they will then extend your warranty to 3 years for free and arrange a UPS driver to pick up your xbox and repair it for free

Lost reference number given by xbox 360 support

Hi,

This should be no big deal, the problem will also be tied to the serial number of the console, or the personal information (name, address, email, phone number) that you gave Microsoft tech support.

Just call them up at 1-800-4MY-XBOX with your serial number, continue with the solution, and be sure to write down the number as you close the call.

Constantly over heats even with intercooler

Try arranging the xbox vertically, if you havent already. The xbox and ps3 both were made for much better cooling when arranged in this way.

Unfortunately, if the ambient temp in your room is high, or if you live in a hot area, you may not be able to do much. Try to keep the xbox out of a cabinet or any enclosed space, and give it as much airflow as possible.

If all that fails, I would consider sending it in to Microsoft for repair.

X box 360

yup, you need to do exaclty that, possibly a mainbpard problem. the free phone number is on xbox.com, they will arrange to pick the console up and repair it. All 360 consoles have a 3yr warranty, will take about 2-3 weeks to repair and get it back to you.

My girlfreind gave my broke xbox to the courier to be sent back for repair,

That's probably bad but the box was probably pre-labelled and it has your address on it so they should be able to identify who's console it is. I recommend that you call microsoft and give the representitive your reference number, and give them a heads up that all your extras are in the box. Just tell them what happened and they should get it worked out for you.

XBOX 360 Drvie

Hi,

You can't use the HD-DVD drive to play games. Your best bet is to phone Microsoft and arrange to have the console repaired. If your console is out of warrenty it is possible to replace the drive yourself.

Thanks/
