Can I use my Shop Vac in my gutters on dry leaves and fir needles?

Leave it outside for the squirrels and mice to remove the acorns. It is unlikely the acorns passed through the filter and fans. Can you see them to know they are in the top of the vac?

TRY A SHOP VAC REMOVE FAN VACUUM OUT FIR NEEDLES THEY COULD CAUSE A FIRE HOTWIRE FAN TO SEE IF IT WORKS BECAUSE YOU COULD.HAVE A BLOWED FUSE/RELAY.

To change from dry to wet, remove the paper filter and install ball float if not already attatched

Buy a down spout, 3in dia. and a elbow, slip it on and you're in business. Works well.

you need to go get some bags and srew on the nozel and then put the bag inside the vac it will then act like a dry vac.

all you have to do is open it up and take the paper filter off and then it's a wet vac. If it has a foam over filter you leave that on

The drains in the gutters under the hood are clogged. Straighten out a wire coat hanker and push it down to break up the clog. Road dirt, dust, traction material & leaves & pine needles will form a plug very fast.

Stand in front of the vaccuum with the lable facing you, the 2 release levers are on the left and right sides, attached to the motor housing, which sits atop the tank/canister. Pull out and up on the levers, twist counter-clockwise, lift straight up and the motor housing will follow, leaving the tank/canister on the floor.
