SOURCE: I have an under-counter ice-o-matic model #IFQ-1

Have you cleaned the unit lately. There is an ice thickness probe that can be adjusted to compensate.

My ice maker does not make ice but water does run to front of fridge plz Help ????

I can't make out the words in your picture so there is not a lot of information to go on, but I will give it a try. If yours is like my refridgerator, there are a couple of off switches for the ice maker. One is on the control panel like the one you tried to photograph. Mine selects crushed ice, cubed ice, or ice off. The other soff switch is the lever switch that sits over the ice cube reservoir inside the freezer and shuts off the ice maker when the reservoir is full. If this lever switch is stuck in the up position you will make no ice. You say that water runs out of the front. Another problem that I once had with my ice maker was that the plastic housing around the ice cube tray cracked. One tray of ice cubes was made but when the ice maker flipped the tray over to expel the ice cubes the cracked plastic prevented any torque on the tray and the ice cubes would not come out. When the tray returned to the upright position new water would flow onto the tray, but since it was already full of ice cubes the water would simply overflow into the ice bucket reservoir. It did this over and over until I had an ice sculpture in my freezer and reservoir instead of ice cubes.

Keeps running water and wont make ice

Ice Maker does not make ice; it takes water in and the cold freezer temperature causes the water to freez. Check your freezer temperature and overall performance of the refrigirator.

Kenmore icemaker tray leaking water (model 795.51022.012)

Do the old 'KISS" thing first (keep it simple ......thing). Chances are that there are tiny calcium deposits in the ice tray which makes an ice cube stick in the tray. If one ice cube sticks, the water will overflow as it needs all the trays empty for the filling. The water will drip down into the freezer area causing chunky ice and stalagmites. The calcium deposits are very teeny in size but will hang up an ice cube from dropping. If more than one ice cube (basically all the ice cubes) didn't drop then the heater in that unit that initially gets the ice cubes to drop could be bad.

I've taken the ice cube assembly out and used vinegar with baking soda to dissolve the calcium and that worked. I left it in for a couple of days. "Do NOT" use anything like a knife or whatever to scrape the bottom of the tray as it will destroy the finish and keep the ice cubes sticking.

When I had the warranty service come out, the technician explained what happened to the tray (calcium). He replaced the tray but the next time it happened I used the vinegar and baking soda. I eventually bought a new tray for 1/2 the price on the internet when the problem happened later on in life.

An ice cube gets stuck in the icemaker as it empties.

The ice making unit needs to be cleaned with a mild acid such as citric acide like commercially available Ice Machine Cleaner. minerals have built up and make the ice stick to where they will not harvest properly.

It will make one or two ice cubes that quickly melt. The water keeps running.

Check the float that lets in the water. It sounds like the float is stuck and water is continuously running through, that will keep the ice from forming

Not dispensing ice cubes, only crushed

Yup, do like I did. Clean the caddie of all ice cubes. Place a large water catching tray under the door, and run hot water from the inside where the the caddie holds the ice. You will see large chunks of ice that was freezing up your cube maker. After a couple of glasses of hot water pouring through the caddie, it will defrost and the frozen part will be released. Take off the caddie, and run water through it from your sink. Clearing all ice debris. Replace the caddie. Do not use for 24 hours, and it should run beautifully. Mine did that before it froze up and I cleaned it. You should probably take the caddie off every couple of months and run water through it to keep it clean of frozen debris, make sure its dried off well and put it back, wait overnight. and it should be ok.
This is what I did, hope it helps.

Fridgeidare freezer

how old is it ??? it only makes 8 ice cubes every 2.5 hrs or so when running correctly.some times 5 cubes depending on model. try reaching into the ice maker and feel the ice being made is the tray full or is there empty slots in the ice mold(asif not enough water). are the cubes hollow??( a sign of low water pressure)). have you replaed the waterfilterrecently (if applicable) old filterwill restrict water flow.

Scotsman CM250AE Ice Machine tech help

Check the bridge size adjustment at the top of the metal grid that the ice forms on. This determines the size of the cubes. Whenever you make a repair on the water system, especially on an older unit. make sure the unit is clean. A little bit of calcium deposits (or that other nasty looking stuff) getting into the passage ways will make it run erratically, and can drive you nuts.
