Mainly used common color codes are,

  • red(main supply from an internal fuse with ignition switch)
  • yellow (constant 12v from battery or any fuse line without ignition switch) \clock
  • black (ground)
The next step is to group each pair of other colored wires.
For example, take the white colored wires in which one should have a black line over it and it is negative. Those are the positive and negative of a speaker channel.
  • Find it yourself by adjusting the fade, balance settings to know the sides (left\ right)
  • It must have four different colored pairs of two wires.=4 channels
  • please vote it!!

Hi I'm looking stereo wiring diagram for nissan micra s 2003 to connect new market stereo harness

Hi, you can usually buy a stereo wiring harness that plugs right into your car and they are color coded to match the standard aftermarket wire radio harness, all you do is take the plug from your new stereo and match the wires with the adapter, just connect the matching wire colors. it's super easy and well worth the $15-20, and you don't have to cut up your factory harness.
good luck!

Im putting n a stereo but i dont no the color code

The stereo side of the wires should be labeled. Check out the12volt.com for a wiring schematic for the truck side. I advise against cutting and splicing wires for a stereo installation though. They make inexpensive harness adapters that will allow you to splice into the stereo harness without cutting into the factory wiring.

Need wiring color codes to install a new radio

the easiest way to install a new radio is to get the wiring harness adapter for your vehicle it runs about $25 and then you do not have to cut the factory harness. the wiring codes will come with the new harness and is just matching up there color code to the new stereos color code.
