Make sure the audio file is supported by the V-Touch. If not use a audio converter (Freemake has a great one for free) to turn it into a .MP3 or .WMA audio file. If not you will have to format the player this deletes ALL data that you have ever put on the player.

Morning,
I am afraid that I can not be too specific, but your have enabled the equivalent of "Scan" on a car radio, it sounds like. Maybe called Song Preview or Sample. In your main menu, you must find play options and disable it. It will likely be in the same menu as Shuffle

There is a reset button on the back, lower right side of the V-Touch. You will need a paperclip, needle, tooth pick, etc. to press it however.

How can i download flash games on my visual land phantom 4.3 media player and where do i go to get the games.
they have videos on you tube about this game for visual land, if you want proof, but they\'ll just be using vtouch and phantom on the videos, even tho i do use the game\'s on my phantom, good luck

How do I get it to play the entire song?
Its because the songs are set to shuffle every 10 seconds. Click on a song (any song will do) hit pause so it stops playing. Click on the gear icon at the top right of the screen. Scroll down the list to "Advanced" then make sure "Replay Interva" is set at 1. If it already is I would contact Visual Land Support witch can be found here: http://www.visual-land.com/support_form.html

Vtouch not detecting in USB port

Problem with my vtouch frozen on welcome screen
return it that is a well known problem and that happens to every 4 out of 10 vtouches just send a note explaining the situation and that you want a new one

Stay at start screen
This is a known problem there was about of about 4 out of 10 visual land vtouches have this problem send it back to them and say that it is frozen at the welcome screen they will either return your money or give you a new one

Vtouch problems
go to your files...nandflash...touch that....it should open up to explorer...scoll down until you see your music....once the song is highlighted....touch the button thats in the upper right hand corner....once you do that...the first line is "add audio to list".....you have to do that for every freaking song....the screen will "success".....once you're done..hit your music button....scoll down to "update audio lib".. you then can it currently play or all songs...that'll be two dollars please.....lol
