1. Switch ON your Sidekick ID with a Not ACCEPTED SIM Card.
2. If your Sidekick ID asks for a PIN code, then enter your SIM card PIN and press OK.
3. Sidekick ID will ask to enter an "unlock code".
4. Enter Unlock Code we send to you.
5. Your Sidekick ID is now unlocked.

just reset the phone and the passccode should be off but u will lose contacts pics text messages for a while all u have to do is remove the back cover hold R while holding it just remove the battery then place it back in while still holding R when u put the battery in stop pressing R an it will reset
