I receive the error 'Network Initialization Failed: Permission Denied' when trying to launch Magicard ID software

This error happens when the user does not have read / write access to a file called PDOXUSRS.NET. Earlier versions of Magicard ID (before V3.02) stored this file on the root of the C: drive. If running on Windows Vista, the file cannot be accessed. The last version released (V3.05) in 2008 will run on Vista (32 bit only). If you are running V3.05 already, and still see this error, search for 'PDOXUSRS.NET'. It is probably in 'C:\Program Files\Magicard-ID\data'. Check the permissions on the file you must have read / write access to it. Try logging on as local admin. ensure any users who run Magicard ID have read / write permissions to this file.
