Hi this problem so far caused because problem with speaker.. please try that : - check if the problem appear if you call many people to insure that the error from your phone , not the remote one . - use the external speaker or headset to call any body , if you cant hear too so the problem either software , or the Voice IC is damage ... but I think if the remote person hear you, that little possible problem in IC. - if you can hear in loud speaker so be sure that the internal speaker is damaged and need to change
I have a Nokia phone, very similar model. To turn up the speaker volume during a call, use the left(lower volume) and right(higher volume) navigation keys on your nokia.
