What is the fault with your Ecilipse CD5405? You haven't described anything about it here, except a mere number. What should I understand from that? Please give me details of fault that you feel with your device. Give me as far as details as you can. OK.

Hello=If a problem occurs, for instant the unit does not respond to any button presses, or display doesn't work correctly, press the [RESET] button using a paper clip of with the tip of a ball pen. Pressing [RESET] button will delete all the entries from its memory. The settings will return to factory out settings. Do this first, and see whehter it helps you. If not, inform me. It is my pleasure to assist you at any time. Get me by Fixya. OK.
NO. The reset button can be located on the right lower side of the panel just left to Volume Down button. Will look like a small hole. It just comes to the bottom side of the [SEL] button; the large button on right side. OK.

It is a security code problem. as soon as pwer is supplied the screen says "HELP" and nothing works. I will put powerto it on
Friday and press the reset, Lower left next to the "Scan" button?
