My camera wont turn on or charge? - Olympus FE-20 Digital Camera

same here it wont turn on but it will charge

Often these MUST be charged in an external charger FIRST, as the wall unit is NOT able to "Pump them up" from Flat, but are fine for "Trickle charging" the battery. but will NOT charge up from real Flat. Either that or it is a counterfeit, or bad.

There is a problem in your battery either you need to replace it or you can try to charge it through USB.

If you want to charge your camera through USB follow the instruction:-
1) In the computer turn OFF the hibernate, sleep or stand by Mode. 2) Turn OFF the camera. 3) Connect the your camera to the computer through USB Cable. 4) Wait for your camera battery to charge (Approx. 3 hours)
This may resolve your problem, Else you need to replace your battery

If you bought the camera in January, it's still under warranty for a year. When you get home call 1-800-OK-CANON to arrange warranty repair. They're usually very good about it, and will try to make things right.

This camera not charged via PC, you can charge the battery only with wall charger(comes with box).When camera is plugged to PC, you can´t use it as a camera, only as a memory card.You can watch your stuff in PC( PC recognise a camera as a flash memory, no more).

So, this is normal..Charge your camera with wall charger(Full charge Red light not flash!, if light flashed camera is charging) Unplug and use as usually!

my finepixz3 got wet. but after a few days it worked! but when the battery ran out it wont charge. is it the battery? it turned on a few sec when its in the cradle but it wont last after a few seconds it would turned off. is it the battery or the camera itself?

Contact the person @ www.digitalcamrepair.com he can repair it for you.

Katie take it back to where you got it places like best but some time will just give you another camera no questions asked.
