The microwave is definitely on, but I'm unable to enter any commands. It doesn't matter which button I press, there isn't any beeping and the display does not reflect what I am entering.
Prior to this problem the microwave display indicated "POS 1" and 2 and 3 then it switched back to the time display. I've unplugged it and then plugged it in again. It then displayed "CU P1" and 2 and 3 then simply displayed "0"
What can I do?
It sounds like you have a shorted keypad.
