You can try a polishing cloth to see if this removes the discoloration, or very gently brush it with a toothbrush and mild soap ( very little water) if this does not help you will need to send the watch back to Bulova to their service center. 1-800-228-5682 is the Bulova service center phone number, call them for further instructions. Sometimes the discoloration is caused by certain chemicals found in lotions, soaps and cleaners. Hope this helps! thank you!

Hi, i was caught in a thunder shower and since then i have moisture cloud under my face dial of the watch.please guide me to remove the moisture cloud . a.jarrahian
Best thing to do is remove the back and let it air dry for a few hours or until the cloud is gone, but it means your back or stem gasket needs replacing. You can use a hair dryer to speed the process. Keep an eye on the heat.

This is low battery warning. Replace the battery and the watch will tick as new.

You could always ask the maker (go to Boluva.com and get the address of your nearest service center).

It seems s unlikely that they will be able to help with such an old watch but you never know your luck. I'm sure that they will be pleased to hear that your watch is still working after such a long time!

I think you are referring to the bezel around the crystal (glass). There is a spring under the bezel and it has broken. It can be replaced.
