I don't know your specific camera, but the answer is pretty universal. HDR is High Dynamic Range. Few cameras can do it themselves. You will need a tripod. Take a series of pictures at different exposures, 1 stop apart. You can do that with the exposure adjust +- control. Take one shot each at normal, +1, +2, -1, and -2. Then you will need HDR software to assemble the pictures. There are many programs, some free, some not.
You just need to set black & decker charger to 12V . Don't make mistake while connecting + / - leads. + lead usually come with Red color cable. You can use the AVO tester to justify the lead cable. The charging time is normally about 10 -12 hours (or just just check the status on your charger display). If your charger does not has trickle charge facility, you have to disconnect your charger after 12 hours continuous use.
Also, you can find the guidance about your charger here :
The DSC-W570 is a camera, not a battery charger. Connecting it to the computer merely drains the battery faster since the camera must spend juice communicating with the computer, even if only to say it has nothing to say.
You need to use the supplied battery charger and plug it into a wall outlet.
The supplied charger normally lights while charging and turn off when the battery is fully charged. If the battery charger is blinking, then issue may be with the battery not getting charged. I suggest that you try using a different battery and check if the issue is with the battery.
I don't know where you are, but I found this Universal Charger on Amazon.com, which will charge any lithium Ion battery- and it is cheaper than a dedicated charger. I have a similar one that works well (but is a UK model).
Searching on DCS-1050, I found a battery for your camera, but no dedicated charger.
Charge your battery with an external power supply or a car battery charger for like 10 seconds (1 ampere will do the trick) by connecting the + and the - of the battery to the + and - of the power supply.
Now insert the battery in your normal charger. ìf it will still not charge do it again for 10 seconds.
1= Use rechargeable battery cells and must be fully charged. 2= Check battery terminals in camera battery compartment. Must be cleaned and shiny. 3= Sony camera DCS-S600 won't charge batteries through USB cable plugged in PC. You need external battery charger to charge battery cells.
