Go to "Service Mode Map" by pressing the "Volume down" button key on the front panel and "TV/Video" button key on the remote control at the same time and hold it for more than 5 seconds. You can now reset/change the value of lamp operation time.

Reset lamp timer panasonic tv

PT-43LC14/PT-50LC14/PT-60LC14.
1) Make sure the TV is on.
2) While pressing and holding down VOL DOWN button on the TV, press and hold down SPLIT PLAY button on the remote until a message appears on the screen that the lamp timer has been reset.

Panasonic PT-43LC14; I changed the lamp. I still get the lamp meter warning on the screen when I turn on the TV. How do I reset the lamp meter?

Here is the procedure,

1. Turn on the television
2. Press the volume down button on the TV display (not the remote)
3. While pressing the volume button, press the "split" or " PIP" button on the remote.

This should solve your problem.

How do i reset lamp hour meter

Hi,
Turn On tv.
While pressing the VOL- button on the projection display, hold down the PIP or SPLIT button on the remote control simultaneously for more than 5 seconds.
This will reset lamp timer in Panasonic PT-43LC14
When the lamp time reset procedure is complete, the Lamp Time is Reset screen will appear.

Need to reset hour lamp meter and held soen vol.-

Try holding down vol down on the TV and PIP/ play botton on the remote for 7 seconds. Their customer support should be able to help you too.

hiya 1st, remove the message , then if u hold the down volume button on THE TV and the split play button on ur remote for about 10 secs maybe longer u should get another message follow it, hope this helps.

How to reset the meter of lamp

You need to have your Panasonic remote.
1. Make sure the power cord is plugged into a properly grounded outlet and turn on the set with the power button on the projection unit or the remote control.

2. While holding down the (VOL -) key on the projection unit press the PIP or SPLIT key at the same time. Hold it for longer than 5 Seconds. The PIP or SPLIT key is model specific:

PIP for Models:
PT-50LC13/PT-60LC13/PT-50LCX63/
PT-60LCX63/PT-43LCX64/
PT-50LCX64/PT-60LCX64

SPLIT for Models:
PT-43LC14/PT-50LC14/PT-60LC14

3. When the unit resets the lamp timer it will display a screen on the TV indicating it was reset to zero. You press recall on the remote to exit.
