I do find the error code for a different Ricoh model (Aficio 1018).

pls advise scanner driver for window server 2003

please go to www.ricoh.com and instal the scanner drivers of windows-7 other wise you can instal the scan to folder which dos not required any drivers or you can install scan to mail this also does not required any drivers - thanks
