How do I send you tube videos to my Jukeman mp3 & video player

First you have to download Real Player on your PC. When you are viewing a You tube flash video you will get a pop up screen in the right top corner of the You Tube screen ( Download This Video ) click on that tab and the video will be saved in My Document / My Video folder.
You can copy and paste these video's on to your Jukeman. Please check if your Jukeman supports FLV format ( Flash Video ).

My jukeman jxmp331 is not compatible with Rhapsody because it supports WMDM_MSC' communication protocol. How do i format is differently?

I have a 2gig jwin jukeman mp3 player but cannot figure out how to upload music onto the darn thing. The only window that comes up is one for a "avi converter" . How do I get from this window to uploading...

I have an older pc with a 1.0 usb port and a newer pc with a 2.0 usb
port same operating system XP . the 2.0 fine the 1.0 has a malfunction error.so it must be a usb version problem.

Downloading Music to your MP3 Player

1...You must download and install Windows Media Player 11 on your computer.
NOTE...Some older MP3 players will not work with Windows Media Player 11 or Windows 7 with Windows Media Player 11.
If this happens to you, then you will have to uninstall Windows Media Player 11 and install Windows Media Player 10.
2...After you have downloaded and installed Media Player on your computer.
3...Open Media Player on your computer.
4...Install all your music into Media Player that you want to install on your MP3 player.
5...Plug in your MP3 player to the computer using your Data/Sync cord, be sure that Windows Media Player is on.
6...Media player should recognize the MP3 player and sync with it.
7...After it is sync'ed with the computer,you can add the music you have installed into Windows Media Player to your MP3 Player.
