Hi thanks for the question at the front at each corner about 3 inches from the corner where top meets front with a flat screwdriver insert screw driver and pry up on each corner this will remove front panel pump is on the right to drain manually so you can take hoses off without flooding room put hose in bucket on floor it will drain thanks the appliance doc

Installed new control asm on ge washer wbse3120b now all the lights are flashing and no power?

On you old control there was a plug with just a jumper wire. This is the model select plug. Without this plug the washer does not "know" what model it is on and the lights will flash. http://www.appliance-repair-it.com/ge-washer-lights-blink-after-replacing-the-control-board.html

I can't figure out how to open it to fix the basin it fell off the frame and I am trying to put it back on. I have had this problem before and fixed but cannot remember how to get it open

There are two spring clips, one each in line with the left and right edge of the lid, where the top meets the front of the cabinet. Insert a putty knife at these points and push in to release the clips. Lift the panel from the bottom clips.

GE WBSE3120B toploader washer leaks only during agitation when super load selected. Is it the pressure switch for water fill level or another possible leak?

knowing this is the only time it leaks helps
sounds like your suffering from suds leak

try cutting way back on your soap 1 tablespoon per load that should take care of your issue

If disconnecting power does not stop the water fill, replace the washer's inlet water valve. It is the part the fill hoses screw onto on the back of the machine.
