How do you print double sided pages

1. Set
your computer software for double sided printing if you have a printer
that is compatible. Double sided printers are generally professional
style machines, and most offices, schools and libraries will have them.
On a PC, go to the drop down "File" menu and select "Double Sided
Printing" under the "Preferences" or "Properties" window and print. If
you have a MAC, click "Copies and Pages" under the "File" menu, select
"Layout" and then click on "Long-Edged Binding" and print.
2.Print double sided with your standard home printer, again, by setting
your PC writing software. When you are ready to print, click on the
drop down "File" menu and select "Print." From the "Print" window
select "odd pages only," or "even pages only."
3.Set your odd and even pages a bit differently if you are working with
MAC writing software. Select "Print" from the drop down "File" menu and
click on the arrow to drop the "Copies & Pages" menu. Under the
"Copies & Pages" menu, select "Paper Handling" and then click on
"Odd Numbered Pages" or "Even Numbered Pages."
4.Select "Odd Pages Only" or "Odd Numbered Pages" and then print as
usual. It is a good idea to mark the top of your first page with a
pencil so that you know the direction and side of the page your printer
prints. Use the mark to determine how to turn your pages and place them
back in the printer. Select "Even Pages Only" or "Even Numbered Pages"
and print again.

Duplex Printing is unavailable when:When Booklet Printing is selected from the Page Layout list, Duplex Printing and Staple Side appear grayed out and are unavailable.After printing the front page, there is an ink drying wait time before starting to print the back page (Operation stops temporarily). Do not touch the paper during the time. You can change the Ink Drying Wait Time at Custom Settings on the Maintenance tab of the printer driver.When you perform the automatic duplex printing for Hagaki, print an address first and then print your message.

If you select Photo Paper Plus Double Sided for Media Type on the Main tab, the Duplex Printing check box on the Page Setup tab is not checked automatically. To perform duplex printing, check the Duplex Printing check box.If the Media Type dialog box appears when performing borderless printing during duplex printing, select Plain Paper or Photo Paper Plus Double Sided.When performing the automatic duplex printing, do not use any plain paper smaller than A5. Also, do not select any type of paper other than Plain Paper, Photo Paper Plus Double Sided or Hagaki at Media Type.Photo Paper Plus Double Sided is highly recommended for printing photographs on both sides of a page.If the back side of the paper becomes smudged during duplex printing, perform Bottom Plate Cleaning in the Maintenance tab.
