My silk epil 7 motor doesn't seem to be working
Very well, I have had the same problem with
Silk epil 7381 they all worked great for the 1st
6months and now the motor sound real slow
And isn't working properly now, help please.

Same problem. Only after 2 months of buying silk epil 7 epilator, it stopped charging and is not working at all. There is very few customer service centres of Braun in India. So it is very difficult to contact them and show your product to find out the issue.

I called Braun at1-800-BRAUN-11 (1-800-272-8611) and learned that you may need to remove the head and replace it. If that doesn't work, it may need servicing. Hope this help!
Hey , were your able to find any solution for your problem. I opened my epilator and now this wire is not in its place. I dont remember how it used to be :(
