My temp on the fridge keeps on rising to 19 degrees but freezer temp ok

Are you talking about 19 degrees Fahrenheit? The normal temperature for the refrigerator section should be 38?, and the freezer should be at 0?, both in Fahrenheit.

samsung fridge freezer srs2028 srs 2029 problems

if you a have samsung model
SRS 2026 2027 2028 OR 2029 , then you probaly need to fit the rs21 repair kit - as the srs models are the earlier version of rs21 - and suffers from the same isssues .

there is an extra component you will need as well as rs21 kit - if you look under most of the videos there is a ebay link which takes you to ebay shop where you can pruchase samsung spares

SAMSUNG RS21 AMERICAN FRIDGE FREEZER SOUNDS LIKE A GENERATOR RATHER THAN A FRIDGE AND NOT SHOWING CORRECT TEMPERATURE ON READINGS. FOOD BARELY FROZEN AT TIMES BUT FRIDGE PART SEEMS OK. ANY IDEA'S?

Ring samsung up because this is a common fault in that make. I had the same problem, They should do something depending on when it was purchased ( 2005-2006 i think it was) it was on watchdog.

Samsung Quattro-Cooling RM255LABP Freezer at +20F

orrixcreek i have the same problem. how do you go into the samsung diagnostic? i pressed different buttons at the same time and they're giving me gibberish i dont understand. which specific buttons to press and what exactly do the codes mean? i called samsung and they told me the fridge was probably in "demo mode" that is used on the sales floor and they had me pressed the two left buttons for 6 seconds and a bleep occurred and the LCD went dim. it really didnt fix the problem.

Fridge not cold enough

-Did you increase the temperature control knob to the higher number ?
-If not then do so. Increase to higher see what it'll do.
-If you already did to any number but still not cold then a New One

Good luck
