You may need a different driver file. If the driver you are trying to use is 32 bit only, then you can not use it for 64 bit windows.

My headset will turn on when you hear the beep, but then a second later beep and turn off and its fully charged

mad catz are very un realiable devices ive had a few brand new mad catz products that failed on first try its probably a fault within the power supply

Mad Catz is not licensed by Sony.The package probably said licensed by Mad Catz which means absolutely nothing.You need a Sony brand headset or one 'licensed by Sony'.The off brands cause problems 99% of the time. Good luck and game on!

Red button in the center of controller wont turn on.
