The
problem can be determined through the Wash Progress LEDs. The specific
lit LEDs combination indicates an specific error code that tells what
generally the problem is. But the exact
positions of the lit LEDs are necessary in determining the exact code. Refer to the
illustration below and post back the code or the exact positions of the
lit LEDs. You may Google for the error code once you determine it, like "Fisher and Paykel Fault Code 37".

The flashing of the hot and cold water LEDs indicates a problem with the water supply as supported by the flashing the 64 LED. The hot and cold water LEDs flashing means no water detected entering the machine while the 64 LED flashing means there's a problem with the pressure transducer, the one detecting the water level. The problem, therefore, can be a
Check if there's water entering the machine. If not, make sure the water supply tap is open and the valve screens are clear. You should hear a click when the valves open. The valves are not working, if there's no click heard. Check for voltage across the valve solenoids when the valves are supposed to work during the filling. Replace the valves if voltage is present. If not, check the connection between the valves and the motor controller module. Replace the wire harness connection if necessary; otherwise, replace the motor controller module.
The problem is with the pressure transducer if water is entering the machine. Remove the pressure transducer hose from the motor controller module and blow air forcefully down the hose to check for air leaks, moisture and clogs. Do the same to the inlet on the motor controller module. Replace the pressure hose if leaking and misty. Replace the motor controller module if no problem is found with the hose or when the hose is misty and replaced but the problem persists. The moisture might have damaged the motor controller module.
