Vivek, you may have a virus (there are many that causes this action) as a suggestion try these programs first:
1. Go to www.SuperAntispyware.com and download the free (yes I said free) program, after doing so run at least the quick scan to see if it finds anything. Do this even if you have a anti-virus program in place. If it's clean good if not then clean it.
2. Go to www.MalwarebytesAntimalware.com and download this program (also the free one) then run the quick scan on this program.
Usually these two programs will clean out the viruses that causes the problem you have. If this doesn't work then you need to Restore your computer to a time when your computer was working properly. I'm assuming you have some kind of Window's program. Go to start, click on Control Panel, click on Systems & Security, then click on back up and restore, follow instruction on restore to prior/previous date. Your computer will either automatically shut down & restart or it will ask you to shut down & restart. This should do it. If not I hope you have a back up DVD/CD that you can use to restore your system. If you have Windows 7 or Vista and you did what is suggested to do about saving a repair disc or a Mirror Image disc that I suggest doing either of those to restore you computer to when it was like when it was bought. I hope this helps. Be patient this all takes time.
