Good day. Your phone memory was full, meaning your phone cannot continue the process of receiving data. Remember do not use the phone memory for storing large files or your inbox message or save files, but instead use the extra memory card of your phone, its a big help. Pull off the memory card from your phone and insert it to your laptop or use a card reader. This way you can transfer files fast and easy. Thanks

How do I transfer pictures from Nokia Lumia 928 to laptop

You can transfer photos from your nokia lumia 928 to laptop wirelessly or wired. Wired transfer is the easiest way when your unit comes with the data cable and the software. Now, if the software is not inclusive you can set your CP's connection settings "Connected as USB memory" however you may have difficulties in viewing since the connection layer platform is not capable of viewing the pictures or images but you can view later after you copied it on your laptop. Now, if your unit doesn't come with data cable and software you can use the BLUETOOTH connection by simply turning or enabling both Bluetooth device on your laptop and cp which can be found in settings usually, once enabled and set visible you will noticed both devices sees each other with their name if not try to search manually by pressing search and chose paired bluetooth device with confirmed access code or id. Right then, when connection is successful you can start copying pics or images to your laptop. (Make sure you know the directory your pics are being copied, it is usually saved in bluetooth download images directory or other directory, pls manage to locate). Thanks hope this helps... Goodluck.

What is bluetooth?

Bluetooth is an open wireless technology through which you can exchange data over a short distance using mobile device or computers, creating a personal area network.

In short, bluetooth is mostly found in cellphones to transfer data to other phones/ devices and receive the same.

To know more about how this works, you can check the following link : Bluetooth

How can i transfer images into my pc?

connect your phone to the computer using usb, install Nokia PC Suite from the disk that came along with the phone, you can also download it from Nokia website. Open it and click on Pictures and you can copythe images from there.
method 2: in case the images are in Memory card, remove the card and use a card reader to transfer the images.
method 3 (incase you have Bluetooth in your computer): you can open image in phone, select options >> send >> select bluetooth, search for your computer, select it and they will be in your computer,
