follow these procedure to unlock your phone
first download drivers for motorokr e6,firmware and RSDLITE v.3.4.
install drivers and connect Ur phone through cable and open RSDLITE as it will detect your phone.After that browse firmware and press START and it will format your phone with brand new software and security codes will be default 1234 and 000000 but be aware that your messages,phone book and everything will be lost.
if you still having any problem contact your service provider..

Press the center button on the ROKR E6.

Choose the "Setup" option from the list that appears.

Tap the "Master Clear" option in the Setup list.

Confirm that you want to erase the contents of your phone with the center button.

get a usb cord for the phone and type in motorola phone unlocker free download in google NOTE: all data on phone will be eraced as for the program to have enough space to run on the phone it will format the phones multimedia

format your sd card using computer(laptop) and format it using "FAT" File formatt and than i think you might be able to do the data transfer successfully...try and let me know if you are able to do.....

dude you rokr is a linux phone so it will not be affected by virus so chill do not worry its your memory card that has viruses just format it k and if u still r not happy then inform me
