Fridge side is not cooling,de fans are working

fridges/freezers have a defrost cycle. if this is not working the coils freeze up and ice over, then nothing cools anymore.
Empty both sides, unplug the fridge, leave all doors open for a day. if there is water on the bottom of the freezer and now it will work (for a while), there is your problem, no auto de-icing.

Your defrozed cycle seems to be not working. Means there can be problem with heater , timer or defrzed board or defrozed thermostat. You have to open panel from coil to diagnosed this.

possibly frosted up at the air door between the fridge and freezer, or the fan in the freezer is not pushing cold air into the fridge side, if you can not hear a fan running in the freezer when the fridge is running (compressor on) then change out the fan

There is an air duct that connects the fridge to the freezer. A fan circulates air to cool the refrigerator.
The inside fan has stopped working or is blocked by ice.
Defrost the freezer. If the fridge starts to work properly then you have an auto defrost problem. If the fridge still does not work then there is a faulty fan.
A technician can help you there

Check fan which blows cool to fridge compartment is working. Check fridge is defrosted automatically. If not do it manually and check, there will be cooling in fridge compartment. Over frosting will cover up the fan throw behind the freezer. If not auto defrost works, switch off and restart after 5 minutes. Still auto defrost problem, do it manually or replace board.

Do you hear a fan running? If not, that is your problem.
If it is a defrost problem, read my earlier answers since its pretty much the same for most models.

Remember, these fans can be saved fairly easily by removing them, spraying them down with a rust remover such as liquid wrench, then oiling with 3 in1 oil. remember to rinse with alcohol after de-rusting to keep the smell away from your food. Use the oil sparingly for the same reason. Also remember that a stuck fan motor shaft doesn't spell doom and gloom for you since you can get it rotating quite easily with a pair of vice grips and a steady hand.

most common problem is the defrost timer motor,it tells the fridge to de ice ,about every 10 hrs or so,if it gets stuck or burns out your evaporator will be a block of ice ,and the fan blowing on it wont transfer cold air,look in the bottom of the fridge by the compressor,

It sounds like the same problem my brother is having with his. I took it apart and found that the fan that moves all the air for cooling is not working. This fan is behind the bottom panel in the freezer side, and sorry you do have to take everything out to get to it.
