Here are ways to unsubscribe:
-Try to block the app, if you have to re-add it or go to the app page then hit block. It will no longer be allowed to notify you
-You can go to this link:Speeddate Unsubscribe
-You can also go to your email messages from speed date. At the bottom part of it you can see an unsubscribe information too.

login facebook
on the login in page in the right hand corner you will see an arrow with a drop down list
from the drop down list select the account settings then security tab
deactivate my account

I have opened this site and I bet that you were sent a confirmation email about your subscription to this site. Open one of those e-mails and find below the information that says how to unsubscribe from this site. I hope this helps...

How do i stop getting emails from speeddate.com i am 11 i never signed up it is annoying me

Hi and welcome to FixYa!

To opt out of your cell email alerts;

You may opt-out and remove Your SMS information by sending "LEAVE SPEEDDATE" to the SMS text message You have received.

For your email accounts on your computers.

You have full control regarding which of these emails you want to receive. To change your options, simply click "Email Alerts" in the Profile tab from any page and opt out of them from there.

When you get the emails, look down at the bottom for their 'unsubscribe' in small print at the end of the email. It should bring you to another page to put in your email address when you click that link. It usually takes several days for the emails to stop coming though to update in their system.

How to cancel you membership;

1. Proceed to SpeedDate.com and log in to view your home screen.
2. Click the "More" link in the upper-right corner of the page, and then click "Account Settings."
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the "Deactivate" link next to "Deactivate My Account."
4. Click the "Deactivate My Account" button.
5. Click a radio button to indicate why you want to delete your SpeedDate account.
6. Click the "Deactivate Account" button.
7. Type a statement to explain what you would improve about the SpeedDate service.
8. Click the "Deactivate My Account" button. This deletes your SpeedDate account and displays a confirmation message.

If you are talking about unsubscribing from their email list, go to the bottom of one of their emails and click the "Unsubscribe" link.
