My laptop is not booting. its showing enter passward in blue screen.

If the pc doesn't have a BIOS password then:
1.- look at the error messages on the blue screen,
2.- the blue screen shows errors when a driver is bad or not the right one for the hardware or the OS is corrupted.
3.- try to boot using safe mode.
4.- after the logo and right after it shows the F2/F10/F12 key start tapping the F8 continuosly. If your here a beep stop tapping.

check whwther you have set password while booting if so enter bios pw

Try BootSuite 2012 (bootsuite.com) - paid program to remove passwords among other programs. Allows you to boot computer with this program and remove current passwords and then to start computer and put in new correct ones.

You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. Would be nice to know error code on the blue screen.That is pointing on the problem-and solution.Anyway, you can try system restore.On boot,computer shows start-up options, and among them is "System Restore".Hit that button and try to restore OS in earlier point of time.Or try Safe mode.Run-msconfig-enter-system restore.To be honest, from my bad experience, blue screen on boot is almost always connected to dying hard drive. The blue screen of death BSOD is set to auto-restart after an error you can change the registry to prevent this not sure if you can do this in safe mode but its worth a try you will at least be able to see the error.

Its a good idea to use MemTest on a boot CD to check your RAM for errors first then restore from an old image.

I suspect a problem with windows Hit the F8 key during start up of windows and choose safe mode then log on, also log on to admin acct just in case your acct does not have admin rights to check device drivers and the logs in windows, of interest would be the applications log very useful in
finding problems. if that fails use the recovery console during boot or boot from the recovery CD and choose to fix windows.

hi is this blue screen is always be previewed when u turn on ur laptop or it appears when ur laptop boot

if this happens when ur laptop boot to ur windows then ur screen will show a blue screen with errors code that show there is a problem with ur pc and this happens to prevent a harmful to ur laptop

so if this a problem write me the overall error message or take a picture of ur laptop when it shows this error message with blue screen and send it to me here or via mail to [email protected] which is appeared in ur screen with blue screen to tell u how to fix it

Try with 1147 (This one worked on my ONIDA TV) OR 5963 OR PRESS ZOOM BUTON AND VOL- KEY BOTH.

If you enabled the passward service from ypur bios then ypu have to type your passward when your leppy turns on . If you have forgotten your passward the you you can restaore the bios from the motherboard read the motherboard manual for details and instruction to restore your bios.
