According to Sony, these are the steps you should take to fix this error code. It has something to do with the way your system obtains its IP address from the network you are connected to. This should fix it.

you need to makesure the ps3 is linked up to the router

PS3 Error Code 80710101 This error is caused by an issue with the Playstation 3 not being able to connect to the internet or website



To solve this error :

Reboot your playstation 3 and router.
Ensure your network connection information is correct.
