If your machine was designed to spray hot water, detergent cleaner or a combination of both, chances are the filter/strainer inside the reservoir may have become clogged, the feed tube may be twisted and pinched closed or the spray nozzle may be clogged from various contaminants. Try and get a look down inside the container where you fill it with fluids and see what you can determine, also check the spray tip or nozzle where the fluids are supposed to be expelled for a clog. If the small service pump is the culprit, servicing or replacing the pump will be a bit more involved and parts are available from most manufacturers websites these days. Hope this is helpful :)

Steam Irons and carpet machines should be filled only with distilled water. Repeated use of tap water can lead to mineral build up, clogging the tubes and vents. Using white vinegar instead of water can dissolve the minerals over time (fill and let sit) the best method is to disassemble the unit and clean the heating elements and all water baring parts.

Do you happen to live where the water is hard? If so you have calcium deposits that is clogging the machine. put it in the tub... fill the water/solution tank with HOT vinegar. Let it sit a bit then plug it in and press the trigger several times until you get a good flow. Once all the vinegar is through the machine... put about a half tank of water through it as a rinse. I have one just like it. Lay the machine back by pressing the pedal on the left side of the machine with your foot. Now you can get to the handle for the clean/dirty water tank. Lift this off. There's a clip in the back to separate the top sweep section from the tank. Take off the top. You'll see an open hole on the top for filling the bladder inside. This is for clean, hot water only. Fill the bladder, around the bladder is where the dirty water goes back in. you can drain the dirty water by pouring out the corner. There is also a plug on the bottom for draining the bladder when you're done.

When you put the sweep section back on the tank be sure to catch the front part over the edge of the tank or it won't stay on. Then fasten the clasp and put it back in place.

To fill the soap dispenser... find it at the back of the machine at the bottom. It just lifts out of the machine. Fill to line and reinsert.

The water inlet valve on the back of unit opens when the ice maker needs water. If the valve doesn't seal good because of sediment or wear it will continue to drip and when the water reaches the ice maker supply tube it will freeze blocking the fill tube.. You can take the water line off the valve and watch to see if it drips.
With the fill tube blocked with ice the water can drip down the back wall or drip into the ice bin or just stop up. You can use a hairdryer to thaw the tube out.

Just fill up the water to reach the fill line of your unit and add little softener. Anyway the water capacity is about 13 oz.

No, it just might need a new pump belt. When the belt is worn it won't dispense water or solution. Here is the belt you need:

most are cold fill only heating the water as required.

The cleaner goes into the small bottom at the very rear of the machine. It is uses full strenght (don't add any water to it). You add clean water into the bottom clear plastic section on the front of the machine. The clean water bladder is soft plastic and it is filled from the top. When you start using the machine, the dirty water will get suctioned into the section surrounding this bladder. The machine will stop working when either the bladder is empty or the dirty water section is full. Remove the entire plastic section to dump out the dirty water.

Hi you need to put 5ml of Kal Stop fo Polti machines into 1000/1500ml of water into the tank, The stronger solution is better (1000ml) Let it heat up and this should break down the limescale on the solenoid. I tried this today and it has worked saving ££££'s in repair by Polti.
